What if my order arrives damaged?

the merchandised that is shipped to you is insured while in transit, on delivery you will be asked to sign a delivery slip indicating that you order is received in good condition when both parties ( Us and Customer) have agreed that the order it is assembled and complete.

Return and Exchange Policy

1.you can return your purchase within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit as long as the furniture is in its original condition and packaged.

2.If the items are not damaged or defective there is a 15% restocking fee, if you wish to return an item just call us and get in contact with us.
